Set against the stunning backdrop of Falmouth Harbour, our classes blend the serenity of yoga with the gentle movement of the water, offering a unique way to strengthen your core, improve balance, and calm your mind.

We offer:
YOGA GROUP SESSION:
Our Paddle board Yoga is the only such offering in English Harbour. Enjoy an hour-long class in the sandy shallows of the FOC. Each board is tethered to an anchor allowing you to focus on your practice. Namaste.
MEDITATION GROUP SESSION:
Find a new Zen zone during one of our Meditation sessions on an FOC paddle board. We offer hour long sessions to allow you to experience mindfulness in an ocean setting. You may not levitate but you’ll definitely be floating!
FULL MOON SOUND THERAPY GROUP SESSION:
Experience all things magic during our Full Moon Sound Therapy meditation sessions.
With crystal singing bowls and various chimes our instructor will guide you thru a relaxing hour, cultivating chakra healing, mindfulness and peace as you soak up the healing properties from our lunar mother.

Note:
All sessions are 90 minutes in length – please allow 15 min for set up and gathering.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver and agree to follow club safety procedures, at all times.
Life jackets, helmets, and other safety gear are provided and required where applicable.
**All based on weather permitting allowances. FOC reserves the right to cancel or re-book any pre-booked sessions if weather is not within a safe guidelines.
